Hi, I'm Delana.

I build tech systems for solopreneurs, and I build my own the same way you do: at night, after work, on the couch, with my dog Oakley judging me from the other cushion.

My day job is at a gift shop in Oklahoma. I am also a Migrations Expert at Kit, which means I spend a good chunk of time inside other people's email platforms and watch exactly where their businesses fall apart.   • I've bought Notion templates before and never opened them again.
    Same, actually. The ones I abandoned were the ones that needed a full weekend of setup before they did anything for me. This one opens to a dashboard with five things on it. If the only parts you ever use are the to-do list and the money tracker, you're still ahead of where you are tonight.
  • I don't really know Notion.
    You need to know how to click a Duplicate button and how to type. Every page has a short note at the top telling you what it's for and how she's meant to be used. Nothing to install, nothing to connect, no formulas you could break.
  • I don't have time to set up a whole system.
    Twenty minutes-ish. Delete my sample rows, drop in your offers, list your tools. And the yearly and quarterly sections can sit empty until you feel like it. Nothing breaks.
  • Is $57 a lot for a Notion template?
    Fair question. The math I use: if it saves you the first twenty minutes of every session, that's an hour and a half a month handed back to you. And you already know exactly what your time is worth at 9pm after an eight hour shift.
